Welcome back to the final episode of the IPACE Platform User’s Guide! In Episode 2, we discussed how to create tech offers and needs. Now, in Episode 3, we’ll guide you through the process of making matching appointments on the platform.
How to Meet with Tech Owners on the IPACE : Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Find Interesting Tech Offers/Needs
On our platform, you can browse various tech offers and needs. Click the ‘See More’ button to read detailed information about each tech offers or tech needs.
Step 2: Save to Wishlist
If you want to save a tech offer or need it for later, click the ‘Heart’ button to add it to your wishlist. You can access your wishlist anytime by going to your dashboard and clicking Tech Offers > Wishlist.
Step 3: Make an Appointment
If you decide to make an appointment, click the ‘Appointment’ button. Select your preferred appointment date and time, and leave a message detailing the objective of your appointment. It’s advisable to provide a few time options to accommodate the other party’s schedule.

Step 4: Confirm Appointment
Click ‘Confirm’ to finalize your appointment. You can view your appointment list by going to your dashboard and clicking Tech Offers > Appointments.
Step 5: Join the Meeting
You can join the meeting via Zoom by clicking the Zoom icon or view the details by clicking the button on the far right.
Step 6: Cancel the Appointment
If you need to cancel the meeting, you can click ‘Edit’ and then ‘Cancel’ to remove the appointment from your schedule.
