Welcome back to the IPACE Platform User’s Guide! In Episode 1, we covered how to register and become a verified member. Now, in Episode 2, we’ll guide you through the process of creating your tech offers or needs, helping you connect with the right technology seekers or providers.
How to Create Tech Offers/Needs : Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access Your Profile
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the window. You will see options for ‘Tech Offer’ or ‘Tech Need’. Choose the one that suits your requirements.
Step 2: Navigate to the Dashboard
The platform will take you to your dashboard. Click the ‘+Add New Tech’ button.
Step 3: Fill in the Required Information
Complete the information for your tech offer or tech need. Make sure to provide all the necessary details to achieve your goal. (For guidance on how to write effective tech offers/needs, click here to get help from us).
Step 4: Submit for Review
If you have filled in all the required information successfully, click ‘Submit for Review’ for the admin to review. This ensures that your submission complies with the platform’s guidelines. If you need more time to finalize, you can save it as a draft and come back to edit it later. The status of your submission will be notified in the ‘Notifications’ section.
Step 5: Revise if Needed
If any revisions are needed, the admin will provide comments. You can then make the necessary changes and resubmit.
Step 6: Publish Your Tech Offer/Need
Once everything is approved, the status will change to ‘Approved‘. You can then click to turn on the ‘Publish’ button to make your tech offer or tech need available on the marketplace.
You can always come back to edit your tech offers or needs anytime by clicking the ‘Edit’ button on the right of your ‘My IP List’.
